With two seasons until free agency, Yasiel Puig is getting a new agent.
According to Tim Brown of Yahoo Sports, the Los Angeles Dodgers’ right fielder is no longer with Wasserman:

While little details have emerged, Chris Cotillo of SB Nation reports a bit on the subject:
Wasserman’s decision to terminate its partnership with Yasiel Puig is behavior-related, source tells SB Nation. Unclear what exactly transpired.

Baseball source with knowledge of Puig situation says no action by the team is likely. Again, don't know what happened there. #Dodgers

To clarify: Puig demonstrated “behavior the agency could not accept.” #Dodgers https://t.co/UKVHCZFg6g

The good news is that it doesn’t appear Puig has any issues with the Dodgers, or if he does then it’s not enough to get disciplined by the team.
From what we know and have seen, Puig has had no issues this offseason. He even welcomed a baby boy recently, and has been seen at a handful of Los Angeles Lakers games in the past few months. The 27-year-old was most recently in Mexico for the Caribbean Series.
As more details emerge, we’ll be sure to keep you updated.
