Spectrum SportsNetLA anchor Alanna Rizzo provided an update on the health of Dodgers reliever Scott Alexander.
In addition to a forearm issue, Scott Alexander is dealing with a thumb issue too. Neither serious. Expected to join the #Dodgers after the All-Star break.

Alexander has been on the injured list since June 11 with forearm inflammation, but the thumb issue adds a new wrinkle to his recovery.
As Rizzo notes, neither injury is considered serious, and he is expected to re-join the Dodgers after the All-Star break.
With Alexander on the IL, and Caleb Ferguson recently optioned to triple-A Oklahoma City, the Dodgers currently has only one left-handed option out of the bullpen.
Alexander has a 3-2 record with a 3.63 ERA in 28 games on the season.
