The Signings

Luis Rodriguez, OF

Rodriguez is a Venezuelan center fielder that was ranked 4th by MLB Pipeline and is a consensus top international free agent in the summer of 2019. The prospect gurus over at Fangraphs, Kiley McDaniel and Eric Longenhagen, have already placed Rodriguez as the 13th-ranked prospect in the Dodgers’ organization.

His signing bonus has yet to be announced.

Fernandez is a guy who has a strong history and represented Venezuela in the 2015 Little League World Series as a pitcher. He has a strong arm behind the plate.

Darol Garcia, SS

Garcia is a Dominican shortstop that has long been of interest to the Dodgers in conjunction with Kristian Cardozo.

His signing bonus has been reported for $200,000.
