The last time the Dodgers were home at Dodger Stadium was on Sunday, June 23, where they had just completed a walk-off sweep of the Colorado Rockies in unlikely fashion. 3 rookies on 3 consecutive days smacked walk-off home runs and set an MLB record.
In their first game back at Dodger Stadium on Tuesday, they collected their 4th straight walk-off win in quite the opposite fashion. They “walked” it off — literally. Arizona pitching issued 5 straight walks with 2 outs to turn a 4-3 D-Backs lead into a 5-4 Dodgers victory.
Of all the Dodger walk-off wins this year, this one was the most literal. Five straight walks with two outs in the ninth to end it.

Moreover, with that walk-off victory, the 2019 Dodgers etched their names into the history books once again. The 2019 club became the first team in franchise history with 4 straight walk-offs.
It was their 6th walk-off victory in their last 17 home games.

Stats By Stats on Twitter also points out that the Dodgers are the only MLB team in the last 45 years to end a game with 5 consecutive walks.
The boys can hit. And the boys can walk.
